After my Father passed away, furniture needed to be divided amongst family. This was emotional for us but the staff was very respectful of our situation and we appreciated that very much.

Great service all around, from getting a quote (fast, which was nice), to pricing my estimate, accommodating a few changes in my schedule with no issue, moving team was great and moved fast but carefully. I will use again!

Someone somewhere in operations or administration truly dropped the ball. We only wanted furniture moved around the house and I secured an appointment on Tuesday Feb. 25, 2019 between 5pm and 7pm. At that point the driver kept in contact with me so we decided since they were wrapping up the current job and would head over to my house, it was 7:15pm and couldn't do it that late. I called the next morning and secured an appointment between 5pm and 7pm. I didn't hear from ANYONE and no one showed up. No one contacted me on Thursday either. I called Friday and secured an appointment between 2pm and 4pm. They did show up this time and I had communication from the driver. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed due to the lack of communication. Perhaps a promotion is in order for your driver

The Office Team was courteous and friendly. The Moving Team was a great example of professionalism that took their job seriously. Great group of guys. Very knowledgeable on how to move all items and at what time during the course of the event. At NO time did I feel that they would too much time. They were on time, made their assessment and went to work. I am impressed with this group.

The team was extremely professional. The two men Jean and Will were beyond helpful and very professional. They had a sense of urgency and handles my belongings with extreme care.

There was some sort of odd miscommunication with the office to the moving team, which was not the moving team's fault. But, it resulted in our move being cancelled then rescheduled. As a result, we missed two days of work and had to pay an extra storage fee to Uhaul for not getting our belongings out in time. It was incredibly stressful indeed. I even cried at one point. I even reached out to TM&aT corporate headquarters, but no one there ever followed up with me, even though they promised to. Disappointing on all levels (with the exception of the moving team)

The movers they sent the following day were the utmost in professionalism. They alone redeemed what was a very stressful situation. It appears the office team needs more training so that this doesn't happen again to someone else.
