The move went very well and faster than we thought. Ruben, D'Andre and Matthew were great guys who we will hire again as we move the staged items out of the old house when it sells. We talked about it with them so they know.

Nick and Johnathan were my movers. They were efficient, courteous, and FAST.Both are exemplary employees of this company. There was no breakage of any of my belongings. All fees were explained to me so there were no surprises. I will recommend your company to anyone I know who is planning to move. You can be proud that Nick and Johnathan are your employees.

i am still missing parts that make one shelving unit operable. These were not delivered and the office keeps promising to get back to me but have yet to do so - i am the one that must keep calling back

Service was top notch. The only quibble I have is with the process of unloading. Our boxes were organized by room, but the rooms of our new house didn't match the organization of our old house. Organizing boxes by purpose (e.g. baby goods, office) would have made things a lot easier.
Response

Noah,

We are sorry to hear that the boxes were not organized to help the unpacking process. We will take this into training and make sure we get better. Thank you for the review.
