Terrible Experience – Overcharged & Completely Unprofessional
Zian was the movers manager rushed to my home to overcharge me and forcing me to chip in my credit card to over charge me ! Due to that I got unlock from my Tesla with switch off phone did paid lock smith $300 just to unlock my car ! My move on October 22nd with Two Men and a Truck was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was charged

We’re sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience. We take all customer feedback seriously and would like to clarify a few details regarding your move.
Prior to the move, you requested and signed an agreement to cap your service time at 2 hours for budget reasons, despite the original estimate indicating a longer duration. Our crew completed the initial portion of the move within those agreed parameters and kept communication open throughout the process.
When it became clear additional time would be needed to complete the job, a revised agreement was presented and signed by you for up to 6 hours, and the move continued with your approval.
After the move, our Operations Manager spoke with you directly, reviewed your concerns, and offered to return the following day to complete any remaining items. That offer was declined.
We regret that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. However, we stand by the professionalism, communication, and service provided by our team throughout the process.

My Moving team was great there were three men they were all very nice and ready to work they are very hard workers and continue to work till the job was done no breaks

I have used Two Men and a Truck many times in several states and I have always been happy. Brandon and Jeremiah were great! They were fast but careful, nice, kept me posted on their ETA’s and were very professional. I hate moving but they made it easy and comfortable.

Our overall experience with Two Men & a Truck was outstanding. Stephen was super helpful in talking me thru the booking and getting that done /scheduled way quicker than I had expected.
