Newark Community Involvement

Being locally owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK NEWARK NJ is always looking for ways to give back to our community. Whether it be a charitable move or participating in our Movers for Moms® initiative; community service is at the forefront of our mission. We are proud to participate in the following seasonal community service campaigns: Movers for Moms® where we partner with local businesses to collect clothes, toiletries, and essential items for women to be delivered to a local partner on Mother’s Day. Movers for Military® where we similarly collect essential items for veterans to be delivered around Veteran’s Day. Lastly, we also participate in our company initiative Truckload of Warmth® where we collect jackets and other winter clothing items to be donated to our local shelters.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Campaigns

The Apostles' House

As part of our 2025 Movers for Moms® initiative, we proudly partnered with The Apostles' House in Newark to support mothers in need within our community. In the weeks leading up to Mother's Day, we organized a collection drive to gather essential items such as toiletries, clothing, and baby supplies. Thanks to the generosity of our team members and local supporters, we were able to deliver over 400 much-needed donations just in time for Mother's Day, bringing comfort and care to women facing difficult circumstances. This collaboration reflects our ongoing commitment to giving back and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
