Acknowledged my concerns and loaded truck accordingly. Took extreme care at the new location because hard wood floors installed 2 days before. Very careful and considerate of my belongings.

Thomas and his team were excellent in notifying me every step of the way. From time of departure to the pick up location, when they were 20 minutes away from pick up. He also notified me on departure and 15 minutes before arrival at final destination. The furniture was well protected and handled with care. This was the most efficient move I've ever had.

Scheduled for 8/24/24 from 8a -9a arrival. We heard nothing and no one came. At 10;30 I called the office and they said the moving guys coming after 1 pm. I am assuming that another job came in for that day & we were bumped. Not happy about that; we were coming in from another state and got up at 4 am to make it there by 8 am. This was very unprofessional. You said 3 coming and 2 showed.

While we have been very satisfied with past moves with Two Men and a Truck, we were less happy this time. The movers seemed less experienced and did not move as quickly as we had anticipated based on past experiences, leaving us with a larger than expected bill. Myself and my brother in law had to move many of the boxes. We were also charged more than we signed for at the end of the move.

I paid over $600 (about 100 over the estimation) to move 4 pieces of furniture down 2 flights of stairs. You didn't have to take it anywhere. That's more than $75 per piece of furniture, per flight of stairs. pick up your tv, walk across the room, and tell me if that was worth $150. more than half the time you billed me for was travel, and $56 for fuel, when you didn't take my stuff anywhere.

My only comment is that each truck should have a set of tools. Not having resulted in a slight delay.

Our moving team were amazing. Our move was really shifting around of things to different locations as we closed up my parents home for sale. So even though there wasn't a lot of stuff, all the locations made things difficult and our team we patient and helpful moving the stuff and helping us get everything set up in there new locations. So thanks so much for all the help!
