We moved from a second floor walkup to another second floor walkup in 90 degree heat without using the truck, not easy! Liz in the office was prompt, nice, and extremely helpful in explaining the process and walking me through everything. The movers, Carl and Gene(Jean? not sure of spelling, sorry!) did an amazing job, right on time, careful, fast, and made the move super great. Thanks so much!

They guys were very efficient despite all the many challenges like our elevators not working for part of the morning. They took great care of all of our belongings and put everything exactly where I wanted them.
