The office staff was prompt and courteous, giving me a reasonable estimate for service. The two men who moved us were amazing. Great communication throughout the move. The lead, Jerry, approached everything professionally and with a great sense of humor. Moving can be traumatic but he made it fun.

The two people you sent to move were excellent and very careful.
However, at the end of the move, I think that due to fatigue and the time (around 9 pm) they did not properly adjust the backrests of one of the living room furniture and also did not install 3 dividers in the bookcase.
I hope and will send an email so that one of you can come to my apartment and make the adjustments I mentioned.

Samuel and Dwayne were very polite. They worked very hard to ensure the furniture didn't mar the walls or floors. Some of the furniture was very heavy. But, they moved it handily and efficiently.

They acted professionally, handled my furniture carefully, and ensured everything was correctly protected. They were friendly and worked quickly. I appreciate their time and willingness to help me. They answered my questions. They called before arriving and went straight to work. Once my furniture was loaded, they left immediately, then arrived minutes before I did at my new place. Thank you
