There were some damaged stuff but we already bought the insurance to being with. In a long haul move. I'll strongly recommend to buy the insurance.

Skyler did great job of managing the move. He has good leadership skills. The moving team was also excellent and showed a lot of respect.

I submitted an online request and nobody got back to me immediately so I had to call. When I finally called because I wasn't sure what the next steps were, there was no explanation for the mix up, but I was still able to book the day I needed. The movers arrived within the quoted time frame and were very personable and fast. I have a Peloton stationary bike which is a $2,000 piece of exercise equipment. The cup holder was broken during the process of the move. The men who handled the move said they would submit an incident report, but I have not heard anything on getting the part fixed through the claim process. I haven't hired movers before so my first experience was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement based on what I've seen so far.
