From the beginning of my quote I was given inaccurate information on my move and how items could be moved. Because of this the food supply for my 4 month old baby was put in jeopardy. I was told that my move would include 2 runs of the truck based on the number of items. The movers decided after seeing our items that it would only take one truck. Themove did require 2 runs but they were not willing to continue the move after extending the quote by 1.5 hours. A large number of the items on the quote were not moved. Working with the office staff was the worst, they would not admit to inaccurate information and every time I spoke with them the story would change of how I would be helped and ultimately they charged us without helping or even returning my email. Items were also damaged.

Overall a good experience. Frustration with the fact that we were never informed during the quoting process that boxing TV's was an extra charge and that we had to disconnect and reconnect washer and dryer. Crew was extremely hard working and did an excellent job!

this is our second move with two men and a truck, our expectations have been exceeded every time, the guys are courteous, very cautious with breakable things, and have wonderful personalities and attitudes. I will never use anyone else, and will always recommend them to people I know that are moving.

The move team were very pleasant and accepted my every request with a smile. There was great attention paid to every detail. They were quick and stayed on task.

Skyler and Devon were Awesome. They worked very hard and protected my property. I have also referred the two of them to my daughter who is moving soon. They were outstanding !!!

Frank and Ellis were great. They were able to move my stuff very quickly and carefully. They also had great personalities and were very pleasant to work with.

Movers were very courteous and super careful with my items, like they were moving their own. I appreciate that.

I am very pleased with the move. The crew did an excellent job in wrapping the furniture and caring for it as they moved it.

Overall the move went fairly ok. There are two issues that I feel need addressed as this is the third or fourth time I have used your services.

1. I know with the rain things tend to get messy but the four gentlemen made a disaster of the brand new carpet in the rental home at 111 Blackhawk. These carpets will have to be cleaned before I can turn the keys back to the landlord. They did nothing to prevent this situation. I do not believe this would have never happened in an upscale home. The carpet is five months old and we don’t wear shoes in the house. When the delivered to 166 I made them put all the boxes in the basement on the wood floors because we didn’t want them tracking in the brand new carpet at this home. I moved all the boxes upstairs.
