The moving team was excellent - quick, nice and took care of my belongings. The only problem in the process was that I was signed up for an insurance fee I did not request and it required the moving team to contact the office to have the $75 charge removed.

The furniture that had to be moved was too heavy for us to lift and place. The guys were here on time, were very courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. The value to us was exceptional.

The guys that were doing the moving was great. Unfortunately, they almost left things at our house than at my daughters where things were to be delivered they left something on the truck. I had to call the office 2 times to get it delivered. One of the office girls said they called my daughter and left a message....which they never did. Integrity I don't think was working. I called them on Wednesday morning and again on Thursday Morning finally they delivered what was left in the truck on Friday morning. This item was a part of a little girls Christmas present.

From dealing with the office staff to the movers who came to our home and picked up a treadmill to take to goodwill for a charity donation everyone was fantastic and went above and beyond to make that happen. We were exceptionally pleased with how they handled a mixup with goodwill on the drop off and it all worked out excellently. We couldn't be more pleased with the great services and everyone went above and beyond our expectations - fantastic job everyone!
