Cory and Garlund were very respectful and did what I asked of them. I only wish the company would train their movers to stomp their boots before coming inside to get rid of the snow:) Great movers though, thank you.

The movers we're very nice and used their manners. They were fast and efficient. They made sure they were doing everything they way we wanted. Making sure to place all items in the correct rooms by asking of reading the boxes. AWESOME young men! Totally need a raise!

I was unhappy with the Valuation Fee, it was not something that I agreed to online. I did see it in the pre-move email and I should have called back and declined this fee but I did try to decline it before the movers started moving my belongings.

Wish I could rate our moving team higher than excellent. It was bitter cold and they never complained once. Took great care with loading the trucks.

Two of my most prized antique pieces were DESTROYED due to the complete carelessness of the movers. They were polite, but that doesn't repair or replace my belongings. In fact, they will never be the same again no matter what. Completely destroyed! I have been just sick. I took time to convey the importance of these pieces several times to both the office staff and the movers and it still didn't matter. BOTH of them were destroyed. Not one, but BOTH. This was due to complete incompetence. I could not be more upset.
