The movers did not have any boxes witch requested. They tried to move antiques by them selves without asking the other mover for help. In the process a door was broken on a 150 year old washboard.
They were in to big of a hurry and did not care about my items.

Overall, moving experience was OK. Major drawback was the consistent underestimating of the amount of time required to do the packing and moving. This resulted in extra days and dollars to complete the move. I am not the expert in these type of matters, but it should have been evident early on that additional manpower and time would be required.

The office staff was very warm and informative. They were in contact day of before my scheduled move time to keep me up to date with when the movers would arrive. The movers also were in contact to keep me aprised of when they would arrive. The move was executed with care and they finished well before my quoted estimate, saving me hundreds of dollars! I will definitely be using you guys again!

The guys were great! 54 years in the house we moved from to a smaller apartment. They were literally all moved out and in, in 3 hours or so. Fantastic!
