We are extremely pleased with service provided by Two Men and a Truck. Our request was not a move. We needed a team to unpack, assemble and carry in a heavy piece of furniture. From beginning to end the experience was flawless. The office staff was courteous, provided clear details and kept us updated throughout. The men who did the physical work were courteous, careful and efficient.

The guys were very careful with my things even though a lot of it is old.

I think based on how cold it was the day of the move that the company should provide gloves to the moves. The two guys that came did not have gloves and they said they are not provided. Felt bad for them as it was -2 degrees.

I left a detailed plan of where I needed the furniture moved and it was placed in the wrong area. This caused me to spend more time and effort to get the job done as requested. I contracted with Two Men and a Truck so that I would get the help I needed. Apparently they do not read the instructions both diagram drawing and written instructions before they drop the furniture.

The three young men that moved my 615 lb. safe were very conscientious about protecting my belongings. Things couldn't have gone any smoother.
