Two Men and a Truck did a great job of helping me move my "home, things" ! I actually had 3 men, because the company realized that my sleeper couch was soo heavy, and hard to get out of the lower level, 3 might be needed to accomplish the task!

The 2 men that helped us seemed tired and unexperienced. Furniture was not wrapped before they moved it. As they moved items out of the house they let drawers fall open and I had to speak up to tell them they needed to be secured. Drawers fell open in the truck while we traveled. Heavy boxes were placed on top of light boxes. Please always wrap furniture if possible, it saves damage later!

Everyone I spoke with and dealt with gave the impression of enjoying their job, they were positive, focus on the job while being very personable.
I was told what to expect so there were no surprises that may have been a roadblock.

Used them twice in two weeks. They moved my family to our new house and then moved my elderly grandmother in with us two weeks later. Both crews were respectful, kind and wasted no time to fulfill their job requirements. They truly made our move less stressful. Will use Two Men and a Truck for every move going forward. (Let’s just hope it’s not too many more!)

The two guys I had were awesome! Super fast and professional and they helped one of my elderly neighbors when she dropped her groceries (on the hottest day of the year btw.) Absolute A+ experience.

(Lincoln) Ops Mgr visited said I needed 2 crates. S. O'Dell said 3. I paid. I emailed O'Dell 1 week prior to pickup for update. She said info was not needed. After pickup told 4 crates. Both O'Dell and C. Arce made it seem like I underestimated. This is your area of expertise. What was purpose of site visit? Poor customer service/rude/no accountability. Felt like a money grab!

We are so sorry to hear this, Helen. Customer service is something that we take pride in and we even have a 97% referral rating due to our outstanding service. Taking a deeper look at this it looks like more crates were needed due to having more things to move then originally told. Crates can only fit so many items and it is just an estimate, so things can change depending on the size of some items and what inventory list is originally given. If things are added to the list after the original estimate is put together, that can also make a change to it. We are so sorry you feel like this was a money grab and that is most definitely not our intentions! Our mission is to always exceed customers expectations in value and high standard of satisfaction.
