The two guys I had were awesome! Super fast and professional and they helped one of my elderly neighbors when she dropped her groceries (on the hottest day of the year btw.) Absolute A+ experience.

(Lincoln) Ops Mgr visited said I needed 2 crates. S. O'Dell said 3. I paid. I emailed O'Dell 1 week prior to pickup for update. She said info was not needed. After pickup told 4 crates. Both O'Dell and C. Arce made it seem like I underestimated. This is your area of expertise. What was purpose of site visit? Poor customer service/rude/no accountability. Felt like a money grab!

We are so sorry to hear this, Helen. Customer service is something that we take pride in and we even have a 97% referral rating due to our outstanding service. Taking a deeper look at this it looks like more crates were needed due to having more things to move then originally told. Crates can only fit so many items and it is just an estimate, so things can change depending on the size of some items and what inventory list is originally given. If things are added to the list after the original estimate is put together, that can also make a change to it. We are so sorry you feel like this was a money grab and that is most definitely not our intentions! Our mission is to always exceed customers expectations in value and high standard of satisfaction. Highly discourage Two Men and a Truck. Showed up for our move with one less guy than contracted for, job took twice as long as quoted, dinged up walls and belongings at both houses, and on top of that, they didn’t even move all of our items even though we did a walkthrough and I was told it would fit on the truck. Also had to put own bed back together. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

The two guys that showed up were great very fast and efficient. Great customer service and very friendly made the move that much easier would absolutely recommend to any family and friends. The two that helped me move should be among the top paid movers in the company. no damage was done to either residence extremely happy with my experience.
