Stephanie came out to my house to give me an estimate for an out-of-state move. She was informative, patient and knowledgeable. The guys packing the boxes (Michael, Jameson and Zach) were efficient and took great care of my belongings. The movers (Trae and Tino) worked great as a team, were efficient and careful with the loading of the truck. All employees were friendly and helpful.

The entire process was easy and reasonably priced. The moving team was very professional and friendly, and did a great job at loading and unloading everything without causing any damage to our items, walls, doorframes, etc.

The movers were friendly & hard-working, Trae is great. Our 2-day business move could have been completed in 1 day, so I took off a star. 5 movers worked the first day and 1 person needed to leave at 1:30pm, so they were all told to stop. Second day, the team was only allocated 2 of 5 people, which took much longer and caused the 2 some trouble on a couple big heavy items.

We were told a number of items that would be moved & only half were moved. My walls were bashed up, my sons bed was scraped & hidden from me. Not disclosed they damaged the bed. Took 6 hours to move 3/4 a truck worth & workers took a lot of breaks. Charged double amount it should of been for the amount of work. We were left to move another trailer full of items in a rush before moving.
