The movers arrived on time and called in advance to let me know they were on their way. Both of them were polite and respectful to me and my family who was helping me also. They didn’t have the best weather to work in (cold, sleet, turning to rain, with mud). They never complained but worked diligently and finished in under the projected time. My family and I were impressed with their service.

While Two Men and a Truck use the "Grandma Rule" to boastfully describe their company -- the reality that I experienced cannot be further from the truth. I felt as if I received the disowned uncle treatment. This company lacks professionalism and accountability by failing to rectify wrongdoings on their company’s end. Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed with their services.

Highest marks for service from first phone call to end of move today. Tristen was helpful , professional,and patient on the front end when I made the phone call and planned the move. The move itself was done by Tony and Tyler who both were kind, professional, helpful, clear in explanations, and pleasant throughout the process. They worked as a team and were efficient in getting the move done.
