The men worked hard and they did their job. They were unable to move our table saw and one other piece of equipment, however they came back Saturday with a lift truck and moved them. They both were very courteous and respectful.

Please understand that I had to calm down to respond to this survey. The movers that were provided were extremely lacking in motivation. The tools they brought were purchased for children at The Dollar General Store. Their understanding of how to put furniture into a room was dismal at best. They did not understand how difficult it would be to put a dresser in a room with a King size bed already built in it. They also did not bring all of the furniture into the room first, nor did they understand how to put a night table in right next to the bed. The bed had to be moved twice to get it to fit and then they had to climb over it to get out. They moved so slowly we did not have them get any of the boxes causing us to rent a U-Haul Trailer to complete the move. More to come!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were moving an antique upright grand piano. I had sent a picture. My pre-movement letter showed three movers and a truck. Only two guys came which really worried me if they were going to be able to handle it or injure themselves. My husband pitched in and helped when they got to our residence but total time was 4.5 hours. The guys were great.

John was extremely knowledgeable. He knew upon viewing what was to be moved that it would not fit into the storage unit we had rented and he advised us to get the next size larger. He was exactly right! The other young man, Jake, was very personable and worked diligently with direction from John. Within the next few months, our house will be ready to be lived in again, no thanks to hurricane Florence, and we hope you send the same 2 men to get us back into our home. Barbara C.

The three movers were AWESOME...they had personality, a caring attitude and kept asking is there anything else you need done!! I would highly recommend to anyone that's moving!

Overall a great experience. The movers cared about our belongings and obviously knew what they were doing. My only complaint is that they showed up at 9:20 (8-9 window) but charged us starting at 9.

When I called to schedule the services, I told the office staff person that I wanted to move a baby grand piano. When she reviewed my request, she confirmed that I wanted to move an upright piano. I corrected her and again told her I had a baby grand. When the pre move email letter came, it stated an upright piano. When the movers came to perform the work, they did not have the lift that they use for a baby grand, so they had to manually lift the piano.
