My move involved furniture only. One piece proved difficult. My Murphy bed was constructed in the apartment bedroom and it was almost impossible to get it through the door. But, the two men and their boss got it through. Then, at my house, the bed wouldn't go up the narrow steps, nor through the front door. Finally, they got it through the back door and into the bedroom. Persistence, and wanting me to be totally satisfied, motivated the men to keep looking for a solution. That made all the difference in my move experience.

I could not be more pleased! The two gentlemen (Ricardo and Isaiah) that came were not only hard and efficient workers but they had the best attitudes and were very pleasant. Ricardo and Isaiah exceeded my expectations and made this move (due to Hurricane Florence damage) easier on me. I also appreciated the call from the office ensuring things were going well the day of the move. Thank you!

This was my easiest move ever! We had most everything packed and staged. Lonnie & Sam arrived on time, loaded the truck and got us going in a lot less time than it would have taken if we were doing it ourselves. The guys were courteous and took great care of our belongings. When we got to the rental, it was raining and they had to haul everything from the street due to low hanging trees. I felt bad that they were getting wet, but they just shrugged it off. All in all it was a great experience and I'm going to request Lonnie & Sam for our move back to our house.
