the movers were late two plus hours. they were rude and refused to take the mower and bike even though we had dumped 40.00 in gas. they didn't wrap my furniture. they put my wicker porch furniture on top of my leather living room furniture. And when i had trouble with the timing of my home purchase they didnt want to deliver my furniture to a storage unit.

The two men who moved us were outstanding. They were courteous, helpful, and professional.

Movers did great job and were very personable. Office personnel did not meet my expectations. Estimate of how much furniture was involved and cost were not accurate. Estimates of arrival time and delivery times were not accurate. Office sent a non road worthy truck to load the house and crew had to reload at warehouse leaving room for loss of items and breakage or damage due to multiple handlings. This also caused a day delay in getting furniture. Overall could not recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck exceeded my expectations. The office staff really worked with me to meet my needs and considerate of my time as well as expense. The movers could not have done a better job. They were efficient and careful and made sure they did everything possible to minimize my effort. They really went beyond my expectations so that when they left me in my new place there was little left for me to do except relax.

Two Men and a Truck, Wilmington recently did a full service, interstate move for us and we could not be happier with the service. The movers were courteous, timely and extremely careful with our furniture. They did not leave our new house until they were sure we were completely satisfied. We would highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck! They facilitated my move from NC to PA in just two days. Before the move, Trevor in the office was very thorough and prompt in his quote and answering multiple questions I sent him. The price was extremely fair and right in line with what I was quoted. The move team, Edmund and Doug, did a really great job. They were quick, careful, and had great attitudes (despite having to move in the rain one of the days). No items were damaged in my move, and they were very attentive to where I wanted everything placed. Overall, I couldn't be happier and I really appreciate the Two Men and a Truck team making such a stressful process so quick and easy! I would 100% recommend the Wilmington team to anyone making a local or long distance move.

Trevor and our moving team were incredible. At a time when thoughtful conscientious customer service has become a rarity, we are so grateful to have found a company whose standards of professionalism go above and beyond. Especially when services rendered are during a time of extreme stress such as relocating..... our Two Men & a Truck team treated us and our belongings like family! They were the driving force behind defusing our stress on real estate closing day and we will be referring them to every one looking for moving company services!!
