Everything was great except for an attempt to charge me $150 for replacement insurance. I was not aware of this until it was time to pay. That charge should have been highlighted before I agreed to use Two Men and A Truck. Fortunately the mover deleted the charge from the bill, but it did leave a sour taste in my mouth, spoiling what was otherwise a perfect move.

The movers really husseled and had great attitudes! Unfortunately somehow we lost one box in the move.

2 Men selected by contractor. The movers were very helpful both on the move out and on the move back in. Admin staff was also very helpful and responsive. We did have some damage to our furniture however. The movers took it back with for repair. It remains to be seen how well that goes.

Our team — David, Chris and Glen were wonderful. They worked really efficiently and kept a great attitude during a very long day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I used this company (out of Greenville) in November for a move in New Bern so I knew to use them again since I had a great experience. I had a 2 part move. One to a storage unit then to a house. The crew took such good care in preparing both homes for moving since they were both historic homes. Adam, Juan, and Noah were top notch. Very positive, courteous, and professional. They completed both moves in a very timely manner. They also beat the rain on the second half of the move. Highly recommend this company.

The two young men that did the moving for us were very thorough, kind and had concern for our needs. We would hire them again.

Marcus and Shawn were amazing!! Great attitudes, funny, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. They make an excellent team!!

I am very pleased with how the move went. First of all, Jon was very kind and helpful as I scheduled (and rescheduled!) my move. The guys (Ricardo and Glenny) packed up my pictures and some last minute things and their attitudes helped me relax ... that helped a LOT. I would recommend this group highly in the future. Adam and Noah did nothing short of an outstanding job with my move. They were some of the most professional and courteous movers I have ever worked with (I've been through many moves in the military). Their emphasis was the care of my household goods and making the move happen in the shortest possible amount of time to keep costs down. The items I was having moved were all extremely heavy and awkward pieces of furniture. Not once did Adam and Noah complain (like other movers I've had over the years). They were positive and safe the entire time, and simply a pleasure to work with. I really wish some of the moving companies the military uses would have been more like this one. I would undoubtedly use this company again.
