<div>Amanda,<br/><br/>Thank you for your feedback. <br/><br/>We apologize that we were unable to complete your move in one day as initially planned. Long distance moving requires us to comply with USDOT and Federal Motor Carrier regulations as it relates to hours of service. From time to time, delivery has to be delayed in the event the job can't be completed within the allowed time frame. Again, we apologize for the delay.<br/><br/>We're also sorry about any confusion regarding your laundry appliances. Our guys are great movers, but we're not professional appliance installers. Per company policy we request that all appliances be disconnected and prepared for moving. In the event our Customers aren't physically able to complete this pre-move task, we will assist upon advance request. Again, we apologize for not explaining this better and for the confusion caused as a result.<br/><br/>All in all we're happy to hear that the move was a success.
