securing move with office team was quick and easy. on move day, the load was effecient and smooth. However on move-in day, the trucks arrived losing our vacuum cleaner, box of clothes, and multiple antiques damaged/broken form transport on the truck. We filed a missing items report with office, but have not been located. We will be filing a damage report.

Could not have asked for a better group. Despite the rain they did an exceptional job. I don't know that I ever want to move again, but if I do, I'm calling Two Men and a Truck.

Need to make sure team does a walk thru with the client from room to room. If this had happened with me that would not had to return the next day. Seems to be alot of concern about getting the check in the envelop and sealed at the end of job. One other thing it seems that the team pushes the furniture to close to the walls a little space is ok not to mark the walls. But overall good job.

This is the 2nd time using your services . I had such a great experience the first time that it was a no brainer who to call. Very professional, polite and organized. Company truly has a handle on top down driven customer focus values and and it shows . Using your services for a third time in another week is already scheduled on the books. Thanks again.

The gentlemen that came to my house both to remove junk and to relocate furniture were fabulous. They were professional, polite, efficient! They were careful to ensure that the move was done without damage to the furniture itself or to my home. I would strongly recommend them to anyone and please give them my heartfelt thanks.

The customer service was awesome from the beginning to end! Very pleasant and explained everything very well. The move team was unbelievable!! Charles, Malcom and Raekwon were professional, friendly and came to WORK! Those men are workhorses!! They moved quickly and efficiently yet handled our belongings with care. It was unreal! We were completely satisfied with the entire process!
