I was so pleased with the two young men who came to help me unload!! They were efficient, polite and very conscientious about placing the furniture with no damage to my wood floors! I would recommend these 2 young men to anybody who needs help, they were awesome!! I am very happy with the service I got!!

Several issues cropped up with the moving team.
What they did well:
1. On pickup day, the team showed up on time.
2. They were very nice.
What they need to improve or what went wrong;
1: They showed up with 2 trucks. They only needed one.
2. They smelled like weed.
3. They did not take everything that we asked them to take
4. They were slow.
5. They broke furniture and didn’t tell us.

The two guys that helped us move were absolutely AMAZING!! They cared a lot about us and our belongings. They were very personable, worked effectively, and efficiently. You can tell they truly put their heart and soul into what they do and want to make sure the customer is taken care of. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

Daniel, Stanley and Zaiquan were great in moving our family to our new home. They were prompt, professional and careful with our possessions. They went above and beyond by helping me to get my 98 year old Mother who's in a wheelchair into our new home. They showed genuine compassion and understanding of our situation and helped wherever they could. My Mom is 98 and my sister is 69 and I'm 74.
