My moving crew included Ramone, Delin, and Eric. They were phenomenal. So professional, efficient, kind, and respectful. I’ve never had such an easy move and it was all thanks to their hard work. Matt in the office was so kind & understanding even when I kept changing my quote. He was so communicative and answered after hours to help me. Truly the best experience I’ve EVER had from a paid service.

On Monday April 24th I came into the office to discuss the concerns and to move forward w a solution towards the issue. I spoke to a manager , showed him photos of the unit, Discussed saferty/cube issues. expensive items and others that face being damaged . He stated that he would follow up to make things riggt.. No follow up .I.ve called several times and emailed the surveyor rep . Please Help
