We had booked another company (shame on us) and they cancelled a day before our move. I called Two Men and a Truck and they saved our move. From the friendly staff in the office to our amazing moving crew, everything went great. Moving is never a fun experience but your team made it much easier, smooth and painless. Thank you for the amazing service!

Unfortunately I was disappointed. The truck was too small and I had to make five trips with my car to get everything. I took pictures of everything that was left. They tried to fold our rug. I had to show them how to roll it. After they packed up almost all our stuff they took it somewhere and had lunch for 90min. We felt overcharged as my calculation of time worked was about an hour less than we were charged for. The guys were nice and we would hire them again if they were more experienced.
My suggestion would be to have one crew for packing the truck and one to unload it. They were dragging hard the last couple hours.
Also I was never told y'all charge extra to insure our stuff during the move so that was a surprise on the day of the move!

The movers were very courteous and careful with our furniture. They arrived on time and moved quickly to get our stuff boxed and on its way! They arrived at the new office only minutes after me and again worked quickly to offload the truck and place the boxes and furniture in the proper rooms. If there was any question, they would always ask, so everything ended up where it was supposed to! Great job. thanks!!

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Very happy with our move and would use the service again. Only issue was that movers arrived a couple hours later than expected, but when I called to check the status I got a quick update.

I used this company because last time they were so quick and efficient. However, my movers this time seemed sluggish and lazy. At one point I even saw one of them just sitting in the truck for at least 10 minutes. For reference, my move from across the parking lot took longer than my previous move from Chapel Hill to Durham. Many of my boxes were also crushed because they stacked them with the heavier ones on top, which I even know not to do. And if that wasn’t enough they tried to charge me from before they even got there/started moving anything - thankfully I was paying attention and said something. Definitely not worth the money and wish I had gone elsewhere. Very disappointed after my previously great move.
