Three young men came to our home and wrapped all the furniture that had to be moved. They followed our direction as to which pieces should be loaded first and last. They were pleasant, interactive and able to laugh with us. I would recommend the firm to anyone who is moving.

From contact with the office until the last item was delivered 2 men performed wonderfully. The process was kept simple and everyone followed up with communication, timing and promise of quality of service. Two things I loved:
1. Call center contact was able to provide a FAST quote based on Zillow pictures and exchange with the customer. (Price was conveyed in 3 hours!). Once this took place I cancelled two appointment with your competitors who were coning in two days to appraise my goods. She also was very friendly and service minded.
2. I loved the introduction of the drivers as “Mr. Brewster” & “Mr. Leake”. The last name useage was unique and very respectful for the 2-day relationship.
Suggestions:
1. Provide moving staff w/ business cards.
2. Leave referral cards

Ron and Ty were fantastic! We want those two guys when we move into our new home in July or August.

James and Cecil were great. Very nice and pleasant. They didn't waste time and took good care of my furniture.

The movers were pleasant but slow. Our quote was for 8 hrs. We broke down the beds and moved ALL our boxes on our own the day before movers. Our new location was less than 5 minutes away. It took them 7 hours to move furniture. They refused to move my plant pots that had dirt, but no plants. It was very difficult for my husband and I to move these pots after paying over a thousand for moving costs. It should not have taken them 7 hours to move what they moved.

The 3 movers were on time and extremely courteous, careful and worked as a team. Moving can be a very stressful event but they made the experience better by being efficient and asking questions.

We were moving my elderly Mother In Law into a senior villa, after recently relocating from Atlanta. As you know moving is stressful, especially for someone who is a little older. The crew Mr. Morrison, Mr. Clark lead by Mr. Byrd couldn't have possibly done a better job. They arrived at the storage unit where her things were and quickly and efficiently loaded. When they arrived at her villa and began to unload they were so kind and patient with her. They constantly reassured her that they had everything and carefully arranged her furniture and reassemble what needed to be. They really put her at ease which was a huge help. The crew went out of their way to make sure both she and I were happy with the moving process. The guys were AWESOME, would use 2 Men and a Truck again
