My team called and let me know when they would arrive. They showed up on time and quickly and professionally wrapped and moved all my items.
They were all very friendly and extremely courteous.

They were very nice and respectful and they did a very good job. I have no complaints. There was only one place on my dresser that was hit and made a place on it.

Overall everyone was very nice. I felt the packing portion of my items was the worst, especially for the price. Items that I had specifically asked them NOT to pack were placed in boxes and we had to pay for them to be packed. They also damaged some of our art. Our most expensive piece as moved by us. We has several other pieces that cost up to $3000. I specifically told them the cost and my concern AND placed a post-it not on the items to let them know the cost. I have taken pictures and plan to send them to Will for further review and to be reframed/repaired. Lastly, we had items going to storage and a townhouse. More items ended at the TH than needed and we had to physically move many of the boxes back to storage ourselves. The boxes were properly labeled.

Professional, trustworthy, patient, knowledgeable, managed state to state move with ease and door to door accuracy, felt like Sammy and Miller treated us like they would thier own family. Thank you Elease for your care and guidance throughout our move. You made our lives less stressful. I have already recommended your services.
