TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Charlotte works with Safe Alliance to help support families in need with our Movers for Moms® donation collection. Safe Alliance's mission is to provide hope and healing for people in crisis. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Charlotte is proud to announce that the 2019 drive raised over $600 in donations and collected over 7,000 items! TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is seeking partners in the community to assist with their annual Movers for Mutts® drive! Local businesses and organizations can volunteer to host a donation box to collect much needed food, treats, toys, beds, carriers, leashes, and other pet supplies. All items collected will benefit local animal rescue group, Halfway There Rescue. If you're interested in hosting a collection box, please e-mail us at info0092@twomen.com.

Arts Plus provides outstanding arts education to students of all backgrounds and ages. They help students tap into their artistic potential PLUS access the many other irreplaceable benefits of an arts education. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK helps Arts Plus store, deliver and move donated instruments and equipment to help spread the love and knowledge of music to where it's needed most.

Carolina Breast Friends is committed to uniting and helping women with breast cancer in all stages of survival.  TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Charlotte moved Carolina Breast Friends into the Pink House in 2010, assists with helping set up their annual Pink Boots Ball, and assists with various storage needs. The Pink House is a “one-stop shop” serving breast cancer survivors in numerous ways including providing wellness education, mentoring and a nutrition center. 

Classroom Central equips students living in poverty to effectively learn by collecting and distributing free school supplies. They serve over 100,000 students in six school districts. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® participates in the Backpacks & Basics program by transporting and assisting in the distribution of free school supplies and backpacks to the entire student body of some of the highest need schools. We helped distribute over 7,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to nine of the 26 schools receiving them in the 2019-20 school year. In addition, $1 for every Move Experience Survey turned in will be made in donation.

The Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte opened its doors in 2011 to provide families of children being treated in area medical facilities with a safe, affordable and caring “home away from home.” TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Charlotte has been a proud partner even before the first guests were checked in by storing all of the House’s furnishings and moving them in free of charge. Today, we handle all overflow storage needs and our office staff volunteers to cook dinner for the families throughout the year.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® partners with Safe Alliance for their Movers for Moms® drive by helping stock their shelves with much needed essential items such as toiletries, baby items, cleaning supplies, etc. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK also assists with their annual Holiday Store and various other moving needs for the local women's shelter.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Charlotte has handled various moves for the Salvation Army of Greater Charlotte, including the moving of their Charlotte offices, transporting brand new washers and dryers to their Supportive Housing Innovative Partnership, and providing mobile drop-off points for their Angel Tree program in December.
