Over the phone I mentioned that I had large pictures and mirrors that I'd need packed up. I was under the impression that when they were dropped off in my storage unit, they would be wrapped or boxed. I now have several frames and a table with chips and breaks. I have a glass table top, standing on the floor, pressing into my mattress against the wall.
I did a brief walk through prior to signing off for the gentlemen to leave - I did not know what to look for as far as damage until I returned the next day with my father. I'm very disappointed with this.
