They were nice, funny, professional, and such amazing problem solvers, as they tried to figure out how to best get my furniture through very difficult doorways and hallways. The moving team was great! The office support staff is a little pushy with the number of emails and phone calls.

The three men who moved us (Shane, Mike and Javon) were wonderful!!! They were careful with out possession, extremely efficient, and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I definitely would hire them again.

Overall the experience was good but I so have one complaint. The movers removed the shelves from our bookcases but didn't remove (and bag) or ask us to remove the metal shelf hangers so when we got to the new house almost all of the metal shelf hangers were lost. My suggestion is to have them remove the hangers and bag them or have them ask the home owners to collect them. Its not a huge deal but a hassle and a trip to Home Depot to buy new ones.
