On Time, careful with furniture, pleasant to work with.

Our experience with Two Men & A Truck was terrific. First, the office staff was very helpful when I called to schedule. Then on moving day, our movers, Patrick and Trey, showed up on time, were very friendly, and carefully wrapped and loaded our furniture with amazing skill and efficiency, When we reached our destination in Wilmington, NC, the truck pulled up exactly five minutes after we arrived. The unload was just as impressive as the load-up. All of our furniture was carefully handled and placed with no damage or problem in any way. As I settled our bill, I was pleased to see that the final cost of the move was very close (actually a bit lower) to the estimate that had been given me based on the list of furniture I had provided. These guys are pros, I heartily recommend them.

Joseph in the office was extremely informative, professional and responsive. The move team Derrick and Malik were courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great communication. And the move came in under the estimate - great job!

Very disappointed. Movers attire was unacceptable (pants sagging below butt). They packed multiple boxes on top of one another into a larger box to save time, which ended up breaking a lot of my dishes etc. There were 3 guys and two of them were clueless. One pierced my wall with a rail for my bed and it’s a brand new home! They ran into walls because they were not paying attention. One mover asked to use my phone charger and then he got a charger from his twin brother and plugged it up at my home. Very unprofessional.

Everything went great. No complaints. Very professional service. Derrick, the lead of the three who moved us, was a great guy and made sure everything was up to my standards. Will definitely use this service again when I move into my home next year.

Everyone was courteous and polite on the phone when I called to set up a timeframe for pickup for surplus items. Someone came out and did an assessment and gave us a date of pickup the very same day. When they came out the following day they were polite an worked quickly to get merchandise picked up timely and quickly. They were definitely professionals and knew the urgency of their job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The packing experience was great hopefully the same team will be moving me on the 20th.

I was very unhappy with two Men and Truck this move. I thought I would be valued as a loyal customer. I have used Two Men and Truck since 1998. I have used you just about every year. You give no discounts, no free moves. I was told that this move would be the same price as last year move. That was not true it was more. Also had just used Two Men and Truck about 2 weeks prior to the big move. I had a vase to get broken. I will never use Two Men and Truck again.
