Every bit of this experience was fantastic. The office team was always very friendly and helpful when I called with questions, and the moving team was efficient, professional, and made sure we were satisfied with every step of the way. This is the second time we have used 2MT. Our 150 mile move to the Charlotte area couldn’t have been easier. Tom was very helpful and accurate on the quote and the process and fee structure was straight forward and easy to understand. No hidden surprises. Our 3 man, 2 truck moving team of Dirk, Kalon, and Marquel were prompt, courteous, hard workers, and nothing was damaged in the move. Thumbs up.

My movers put what they considered small items into wardrobe boxes and did NOT take the items out of the boxes and remove the big boxes as I had asked. They even left some boxes outside that had priceless artwork. They put big boxes in the wrong rooms. Everything boxed was labeled.

The team was on time, friendly, and fast! They moved our whole apartment into our new house in less than 3 hours and even made sure to read all the labels on the boxes to put stuff in the right rooms, which made unpacking super easy
My one complaint is they did mark up the paint a little bit while moving but I sort of expected that and I was able to touch it up in a few minutes, so no harm!
