We do wish there was away to add tips directly to the team memebers using a debit card scenerio because people rarely carry cash. Using it on the form seems to hinder the guys getting the full value of the tips. Which is important to us as buyers!

The movers were on time, pleasant and efficient for the packing and moving of my motherandamp;acirc;€™s belongings from her assisted living facility after her death. . They were respectful of my motherandamp;acirc;€™s things as they packed and also respectful of my feelings. They made a difficult situation much easier.

I was very excited at first about using Two Men and A Truck. The office team got me the date I need, and gave me a reasonable quote. I didnandamp;acirc;€™t understand how my 36 mike move was considered andamp;acirc;€œlong distanceandamp;acirc;€, but the office staff insured me that it would cost me about the same. The movers got there on time. They loaded my stuff very fast. Unpacked it even faster. My $500 turned into a $900 move. I did not realize that the office staff only quoted me a for 1,600 lb move. Being that I had 3,300 lbs of stuff, it almost doubled my cost. My bedroom items alone weigh 1,600 lbs. Lessoned learned, not to use this moving company, like most companies, just here to screw you with the fine print. Next time itandamp;acirc;€™s U-Haul and breaking my own back, definitely not worth almost $1,000.

We had 2 guys that moved us. One was very hardworking and the other was hardly working. I expressed my concerns with the office staff and they were quick to resolve the situation. Great customer service, great office staff!!

The move was fine and the staff was, for the most part, quick and efficient. One mover made some comments that at first I took as a joke but later turned out to be serious and inappropriate. He even sent me text messages after they left. He did stop when I asked him to, but the comments and text messages were completely inappropriate and unprofessional. It left me feeling uncomfortable and hoping that he did not have access to my home address.

From Jenniferandacirc;??s on point estimating to Jeromeandacirc;??s and Danteandacirc;??s pickup and delivery, I could not have asked for a more smoother move! Everyone was courteous and professional in their dealings with me and my family. TMAAT met and exceeded expectations. They truly care about their customers!!

we truely had no idea how this would go. The moment Chris and Breon shook our hands, I knew we were in good hands! Each one of the crew were awesome. They loaded and unloaded in half the time that was estimated which saved us money and time. They were careful with all our items and could not have been nicer! Excellent experience! I had to reschedule my move twice, due to the fact that the house I purchased was not move-in ready on moving day. The office staff was very understanding and accommodating on both occasions. The movers took great care of my furniture, and were very responsive to my request for help moving a washer / dryer that the previous owners left at the house. I have used 2 Men and a Truck 3 times now, and each time has been a very positive, satisfying experience.
