We contracted for two large trucks and a four-man crew to complete the move in one day. Instead, your company sent three movers and one small and one large truck—an insufficient team and equipment setup that directly caused the move to spill into a second day. On Day 2, your crew abandoned the job twice without notifying us, leaving behind numerous clearly labeled items that were agreed to be move

All three guys were solid. Divided workload well (one wrapping furniture, one getting things outside, one loading truck), so they went pretty fast. All three were very professional, never made me unsure about whether my goods would be damaged during the move

I had given an incorrect address (east vs west), which caused a problem finding the location. However, the moving guys contacted me and communicated with me in order to get them where they needed to go. They were very patient and understanding.

Our movers were amazing! Very courteous, on time, and efficient. They picked up from South Durham and moved us to North Durham. At the new house, there is a bit of an incline on the driveway that for whatever reason, the truck wouldn't make it up. So, they actually brought all the our stuff from the truck up by hand. Thankful to the team and we will definitely hire again!!!

Saquon and his team did an outstanding job. They were fast and efficient and had us relocated in about 6 hours - and the large truck was very full with our stuff! They were very friendly and kind, and were most helpful getting our furniture (and numerous boxes, etc.) located and set up appropriately!
