I am a repeat customer with Two Men and a Truck. They moved me into this retirement community originally and again from one apt to another in the same building.
The three man crew were on time, listened to my instructions as to where I wanted my furniture to go and they were personable and very polite.

The guys were super professional, efficient and conscientious….and engaging. They scratched a small bit of drywall and made sure to tell me versus ignoring and leaving for me to find later - and it was not significant enough to worry about. They also took the time to ensure floors and big glass front door was protected. If I recall…the names were Nick, Grant and Tom (I am not good with names).

Moving team of 3 was great once they got there. Almost 1 ½ hours late.
I called to reschedule the 2nd part of my move because the floors in my house delayed because truck could not go over the passes. I called as soon as I heard on Wednesday but it was in the 72 hour of the Friday move date. They wouldn’t work with me on rescheduling to the move date without loosing my $200 deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs less than 72 business hours before the scheduled move. Since your cancellation was within that window, the deposit could not be refunded. This is the second time I have used this 2 Men & Truck franchise. Both moves went really well. The moving teams and coordinator Jillian are especially good at what they do. It was nice not to have to worry about any unexpected surprises. Would absolutely use them again if needed.
