In the initial phone call, we spent 30 minutes going over each room that had to be moved. You had room numbers, furniture in each room, and where it needed to be moved to. You came with 2 guys for 1 hour and then complained that there was more than discussed. The move in date was entered wrong. No phone call that you stopped by and carpet was still being installed.

The men were polite, respectful and got right to work. I only had a couple things to move. They were obviously experienced and knowledgeable in sizing up furniture and how best to fit it when moving it.

Great coordination and quote delivery from the office team. The moving team checked in with me twice before the date of the move and confirmed furniture details and the general plan for the move. The moving team knocked it out of the park getting me entirely moved out of my apartment within an hour. Everything was well padded, organized, and secured in the trailer. These guys are moving experts.

I appreciated the young men were curteous however, in the future you may want to require them to use a blanket or some other protection when they load furniture on a dolly. I have desks and bookcases scratched and chipped because they put them on the dolly, "bumped" them down stairs and then placed them in the truck or my garage at my direction. The dollies left deep scratches.
