I am currently a board member with St Louis Area Diaper Bank. Two Men and a Truck has done so much for our non-profit agency that I would never think of using another moving company. In fact, I have two more moves planned and will use Two Men and a Truck for both of them.

The level of service was excellent, from the office staff during the initial call, to their follow up calls to verify the appointments and reminders, and the really outstanding performance of the moving team. On top of that, the price was so low as to be unbelievable in this day and age. This is our moving team from now on. Thanks to everyone involved, you went above and beyond our expectations.

I love the flexibility with Two Men and a Truck when I had to change the date of the move. Everything was explained to me about the price change when moving later in the month on the weekend and the movers are so polite, helpful and courteous. This made the experience less stressful for me.
They were careful with my items that are precious to me and this is a company I will use again whenever I move again.
The office staff were so upbeat and positive that they left a smile on my face after each conversation. When I had to change the date of my move they assured me that would be no problem and they were right. We agreed on a new date, all information was given so I knew what to expect.
Thank you all for your help and kindness. You all made my move a lot stressful for me.

The phone dealings were clear and efficient. The movers were careful with my furniture and very polite. But when it came to paying, the young man was not prepared to figure out how to include my 5% discount for being a repeat customer. It seems to me that it would be helpful to have communication between office staff and movers prior to the move.

The guys who moved my things were terrific and very friendly. I really enjoyed the time we spent together.

I was surprised that the moving team did not arrive ready to help pack up the remaining items. The office team should have ensured I understood that packing and moving were different services. I am also concerned that beginning the day after the move, that I began to receive notifications that someone was trying to open credit accounts in my name. So far they have tried to open 7 credit cards or lines of credit. Fortunately most of those were rejected and I contacted the other businesses to report the activity as fraud. It may have been coincidental, but then again, perhaps not.

My movers were great! Friendly, competent and caring!

Wonderful experience! The guys were very professional, helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend, and I am planning on using you all again!

From my first call the office through the estimate to the movers, I was very impressed. I received real value for my money!
