The movers, Joe & Terry were very courteous and helpful. They knew just how to wrap, move and take care of our things. If they had any questions, they asked. They had a good sense of humor and made the move seem effortless (but I know how hard it is to move furniture!) Thank you for all you did to make our move a good one.

The movers were prompt for my move that morning. They took care in disassembling furniture & wrapping it to put on the truck. They were friendly, but got right to the job! Which I appreciated, since price is all based around time. They were very efficient and made sure my items were placed where I wanted them in the new home. One of my dressers got some minor damage to it. I was given my options on how to handle the situation. Customer Care called me that afternoon to apologize for the damage and let me know someone would be getting in touch. The only complaint I have is that I still have not received that phone call from the repair man to schedule a time to come out and access the damage. I will be getting in touch with the main office this week in regards to this issue.

Everything was fine, but there was some minor damage to woodwork. I don't think this was because of carelessness, the baseboard that was damaged is at a tight corner and the objects being moved were quite bulky. Everything is being taken care of, and we appreciate that. I do wonder if the movers noticed the damage. Hopefully not, because if so, they should have made it known. I didn't see until they were gone. But I'll give them the benefit of doubt that they didn't know they chipped up some baseboard. Considering the challenge of this corner and the size of the load, it is an understandable mishap and should not reflect too poorly on the care of the movers. The problem is being taken care of. Thanks!

I am very impressed with Kyle , Austin and Pete's Service , and friendlyness. They were on time both times and worked quickly. I was very satisfied and have already recommended your company to my friends and family.

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with the service. The customer service rep was excellent that booked the services. Chris and Kalel were excellent on the day of the move.

The movers were on time as scheduled and very efficient loading and unloading our shipment. Very professional. I would recommend their services.

I had used a moving company before, but for a very small move. This was an entire townhouse full of big heavy furniture on 3 floors (basement, main, bedrooms) and they had it wrapped and packed in an hour and 45. It was amazing. Took less than 5 hours total. They were quick, professional and moved EVERYTHING!!!

Movers were so nice and helpful! Great experience!
