They were supposed to have three employees moving to make the time less, but since they only had two employees, it took longer to do the move, which cost us more money because it was paid by the hour from what I understand. We did not know that the items needed to be taped up in the boxes, but they were in boxes just not taped. Since they were not taped up, we were told that they could not move so

Thank you James for your feedback. Someone from our office will be contacting you to discuss this matter further.

What a team! Nathan and Cooper handled carrying heavy furniture down a staircase that required experience! They hardly spoke and made maneuvering the stairs look easy!
Both were polite, did their job expertly and made the morning go quickly.
Many thanks to Nathan, Cooper and Two Men in a Truck for your kind assistance with a tough job!

First my contact, Bridget did a wonderful job. Always supportive when I was stressed about the details of the move. All the young men who came each day were hard working, thoughtful and asked good questions . They were neat, friendly, polite, never a cuss word or off color remark.
Team lead Michael, Alex, Hadley and so many others that came to our homes that I’m sorry I can’t remember.

We had an amazing move team- they were thorough and handled our stuff with care. The office person who handled our estimate was told multiple times we were disappointed the last time we used the company in 2024. They called me two days before the move and added $700 to our estimate. This was very frustrating. I wish they would have been more prepared on the original estimate as we felt locked.
Response
My apologies Mr. Patterson, someone from our team will be reaching out to you to discuss this further. In the meantime feel free to call our office to discuss if you would like. Thank you.
