The moving team was amazing! I couldn't complement them enough. Being a small business owner I would highly recommend retaining these team members or I'll hire them (haha)! Good job building such a good team and I hope the rest of your field team learns from their teamwork, professionalism, and overall positive attitudes.

This text field allows 400 characters. It would take 3,000 or more to even begin the shortcomings of our move experience. Packing team ran out of boxes (and shrugged their shoulders - 'we can order more boxes for you to pack yourselves'). Scuffed and dented doorways and doorjambs by moving team. Gouged floors. Bed frame assembled backwards. Lots more that cannot be covered in 400 characters.

Delivery team was excellent. They had a great attitude and wasted no time getting the job accomplished. The accounting staff was a disappointment. I was told that my first was a “deposit”, it turned out it was a “down payment “- there is a difference. Secondly, there was no communication that the billing at delivery was incorrect. I would have appreciated a courtesy call about the additional chrg.

Thanks again for moving a huge oak aviary for us from Leawood KS to Grain Valley MO on such a hot day. Although the cabinet was hard to remove from the seller's home, the team did it in reasonable time and demonstrated good manners and great communication. We like that they were prompt, efficient, sweet, personable, and took good care to do it right. We would use them again for our next move.
