Giving back to our community

Movers for Moms® provides local women's shelters with basic essentials in order to make a very stressful situation a little more comfortable. These shelters provide assistance to women who have been in domestic situations or are homeless. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® provides drop off boxes throughout Kansas City and collects the items just before Mother's Day.

Movers For Mutts® is our annual donation drive to collect supplies for local pet shelters and their homeless fur-babies. This year we have partnered with a number of local businesses for donation locations and our final event will be held at Bar-K on October 15. Stop out and show your support for local animal shelters! 

You just built a new home, and you don’t want just any moving company to come into it. That’s why TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has joined the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City. These professionals have worked extremely hard to build these wonderful homes and want professionals to respect them come move day, and that’s exactly what we plan to do!

Hope House's is a domestic violence shelter seeking to provide a safe space for  those looking to escape difficult situations. Their mission s to 'break the cycle of domestic violence by providing safe refuge and supportive services that educate and empower those impacted by domestic violence. Hope House will advocate social change that protects and engenders a person's right to live a life free of abuse.' TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is pleased to assist this wonderful organization with situational moving assistance for their clients in difficult situations. 

With the growth of Kansas City, more living spaces have become a must. The Apartment Association of Kansas City has been on the forefront of helping the quality and availability of these communities grow. We are excited to be a service member of the AAKC and all they are doing in the city and for their residents.

Our location is proud to be a member of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. We value the growth of our community and want to support other local businesses in the area. Kansas City is full of personality driven by these businesses and it aids in the growth of the city. Bringing in more jobs and opportunities to the area as we grow drives us forward.
