Movers did a wonderful job with heavy bedroom furniture.

The quote I was given was significantly less than the actual charge. The charge was more than double the estimate. The reason given was that I was in the 35th floor so it took longer - that’s ridiculous as the elevator is high speed and it only takes a few seconds longer to go up and down from the 35th floor than a lower floor. Also the move was on a weekday afternoon so the elevator was not busy.
The moving team was very slow - it seemed they intentionally drug out the process and even said “hopefully we took long enough that dispatch won’t send us out on another job.”
They also took a long time driving to the new location- they said they stopped along the way to get refreshments.

The preparation before the move went smoothly. The office staff responded to my questions in a timely manner. The actual move went well. My walls got scuffed in several "tight" spaces, but Two Men and A Truck worked quickly to remedy that as well and return the walls to their origianl condition. I was very happy with the services I received. Kathy

Two Men and a Truck out of Woodbury, MN is good. I have used them multiple times. To improve client interaction I would suggest the following. Set up an information file for returning customers (especially customers who have returned more than 3 times) so the office team does not have to spend the time going through all of the details of the move. This would save time for TWo Men and Truck and would shorten the time for the client to make the moving reservation.

The moving team was excellent. The office team was not responsive. I tried for several days to call and confirm my move details, but could not get anyone to answer the phone, nor call back after leaving voice mail messages. I had to call the headquarters number, after which I quickly received a call from the local team.

The person that came out and gave me a quote told me that they would be able to get all of my furniture on the truck and that his quote represented that. By moving day I decided not to take some items to the new location so I reduced the amount of items going on the truck by three or four items. When moving day came the crew advised me that they could not take everything on the truck because they did not have enough furniture pads with them to be able to protect the items and they would not load any items that they could not protect. So I had to get someone else to move the remaining items. I was not happy having to find another service to move the remaining items even though I had reduced the items to be moved. Next time I will go with a different company. Please use my review.
