Our movers were on time and very efficient. It was obvious that they cared about our possessions and had a good work ethic. Before we even noticed, they returned to replace a door that needed to be removed during our move. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who is moving. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!!!

Crew was very professional and easy to work with, explained how and why they were doing things. They moved at a quick but safe pace even in the middle of a snowstorm. Would gladly recommend them and will use them if we ever move again.

Overall the movers and office staff were awesome! Especially Charles at the Ramsey storage very superb and amazing! David one of the guys who did the move was also very efficient and helpful.
One thing though, most of my furniture screws and hardware were missing. Maybe have a better system to avoid loss of customer items. But the office worked well to resolve it.

We had scheduled a move between 11a and 2p.
We called when no one came by 2pm and no one called to tell us why. This was rude and we are mad at your office staff.
When the crew arrived at 2:30 pm they were very hard workers, pleasant, helpful and I would hire them again any time, any day.
