Fast, efficient, and needed. Couldn't have done it myself!

I have tried repeatedly to write and send this but it keeps disappearing. So to the point I was very unhappy after move due to broken items, missing items from original packaging. After sent first survey Matt called and asked me to not send anymore until they had a chance to make it right. Matt came twice & my opinion changed but he was to call again last week to bring check for broken glass, discuss options for broken base on standing lamp and bring nuts to fasten leg of turntable back on.d which had come off turntable. He fastened backing off some shelf cubes. been. Yesterday I found another shelving cube which is unstable. I have glued some things, & will try to get nails to fix other cube so I can unpack more. I am partially paralyzed in a wheelchair & I am tired of being misled.

Your team is very punctual and showed up on time. Appreciate it very much. The moving team is very careful with wrapping and moving. All the items are accounted for are carefully moved and unloaded. They were very methodical in their work. Great job.
The only concern I had was the hourly rate. I hope it may come down at some point. However, I am extremely happy with the move and the service I have received. Truly appreciate it.

I'm very disappointed. Things marked as e.g. meds were not meds. Kitchen were not kitchen. Many broken items discovered already when have barely started unpacking. Boxes stacked too high for me. Still have not found all my meds or bed linens. I would rather have paid more and had things unbroken. Have wooden cube furniture which can't be used since backing pulled off. Also standing lamp for in bedroom was found in living room but will not be able to use since the bottom must have been slammed down since I noted pieces by lamp which I realized were broken off the bottom creating a potential fire hazard. Turn table used for TV was left with the bottom face up and 2 screws jutting out with the second leg missing. Powdered detergent not taped closed so I have powder everywhere.

I was extremely impressed with Two Men & Truck. The usability of the website was excellent, the knowledge of the staff was top-notch, and the follow-up was amazing. As someone who works in sales and marketing, I was most impressed with Alexis and the amount of follow-up she did. It showed that they truly cared that the consumer chose Two Men & a Truck. The day of, the crew was on time, fast and friendly. There was an incident where my parents' home was damaged when moving a piano. However, the fast response, the care and the follow-up was so commendable. We were all impressed with the effort that Two Men & a Truck went to to make it right. The team that moved us was friendly and fun, Mike and some other names I forgot (we moved the afternoon of 9/24). Thanks so much!!

I was really disappointed with the what time the movers showed up. They were supposed to be at the house around 11 I got a call telling me they wouldn't be to the house till 1145. Then the truck they brought was too small for all the goods in my house and the lead mover told me " you need to decide what needs to be packed". I ended up having to rent a budget truck because your team made the mistake on what I had when I was very clear with the equipment in the home. My main TV the base of the TV was broken when they put it into the truck and acted like it wasn't a big deal just call the office about they told me. For the amount of money I spent with your company I expected better service.

We had a very good experience with Jordan and Brian. We did find two small chips in our dining table a little later in the day, and called the company and told them about it. Otherwise they were careful in handling our furniture. I would use them in the future

My experience would have been good except for the fact that my leather sofa was damaged during the move and I have not been able to resolve the issue. I noted the damage on the form signed on the day of the move, pointed it out to the movers and contacted Two Men and a Truck, sending photos and describing the damage. I have not heard back what the company plans to do or whether I will be reimbursed for the damage to my brand new leather sofa.

On time, courteous, professional, well trained, hard working and enjoyable. Unfortunately, they broke a decorative fireplace and scratched a tv. Could've wrapped things a little better. Overall, hard workers indeed.

Please see the email to Matt with detailed reiteration of our move. In the end we received a $401.76 check for damages. In no way does that make up for the lack of courtesy, poor organization, lack of preparedness, and inconvenience you caused. So disappointed, when so many people had good things to say about your services. The final straw was one of the movers proclaiming "They have 20,000 worth of insurance so it doesn't really matter" - as I was standing at the back of the truck helping to unload contents.
