Let me start with the fact that in the last year and a month, my family and I have used your services for five times! Me twice, my sister ice and my mom twice. Satisfied? Most definitely. From booking the move, moving day and payment, things could not have gone more smoothly.

It was overall a great experience.
The scheduling went really well and they did accommodate me multiple times even though my dates kept changing. Truly professional.
There were 4 movers to help me on the move in date. Manuel was the lead, thoroughly professional and did a walk in and explained everything.
They got to work and kept moving even while drinking water.

The team worked very well together with great energy and efficiency. Communication was excellent and they did everything we asked them to do. They were cheerful and I plan to use the same team in the future.

The guys that moved my mom were very respectful and kind. They were careful with her items and took steps to make sure they delivered the everything as is. They asked questions when needed to ensure correct wishes. They were also tasked to move some heavy items that were not going on the truck, which really helped our family. You guys were THE BEST :)

Overall service was and has always been great. However, with this move the moving team did not take as good of care as needed to be taken. Metal case goods were slid across concrete floors damaging the edges of the furniture. This is unacceptable to us as this furniture was in very good condition prior to being moved with the exception of normal wear and tear.

We were in an emergency situation with elderly parents. Knowing this, the man who visited for an estimate seemed capable. We were to receive an email estimate. The email was correct. No email. No confirmation. No return phone calls for 3 days. They were a no show. Many people were inconvenienced and lost money. MIKE fixed the situation and found a replacement team in short order. Love him.

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck couldn't have been better. They arrived right on time and were professional, friendly, and efficient. They worked tirelessly and were done quickly! We couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck and will use it again should the need arise! Great job!
