Zach was very helpful in the bid process and answered all our questions. The moving team called the morning of the move to make sure we were ready and arrived on time. The guys on the move team (Chris, Gerard, Elvin, and Dylan) were kind and considerate of us and our belongings. Dalton followed up the next day to see if we were happy with the process and results.

Efficient and respectful! Grateful they could work us in on such short notice when a friend needed to move to assisted living from the hospital. They each introduced themselves and were on task immediately. A great team to work with.

The entire crew were polite, friendly, and professional. Ben had his crew working fast and working together as a team to solve any questions re furniture or boxes. We had removed all the trash from the site and had the rooms organized so they could grab and load. Every box was labeled and the guys took extra care with the fragile ones. And during the unloading they placed the furniture

The moving team was overall great, except for one member who left in the middle of the move without letting me know. I appreciate the company sending a replacement for him, but it would be nice to communicate that the other person had to leave. At some point I just couldn't find him. The same person took a lot of breaks after ~1 hour of work.

The guys showed up on time, worked hard, worked methodically, easily and consistently followed our labeling system, asked clarifying questions when needed, proactively assisted with relevant things they noticed, and just generally made everything easy.
