Our experience with Two Men and a Truck has been great! The moving crew was very kind and had great attitudes. They were efficient and very careful with everything they were doing. We did have one small table damaged in the move, but the office staff was very quick to resolve and offer a credit for the broken item. I would 100% use this service for my next move, and I will recommend it to friends and family as well. Thank you!

The office staff put down both the wrong address and phone number. As a result the movers were three hours late and said they were at the address but sat in the truck for two hours because they couldn't reach me since the phone number was wrong. Only two movers came and they "forgot" to bring the wardrobe box and the mattress cover. I now have to move all of my clothes in my car. They forgot to take several items they were supposed to take. I tried to phone your office for 3.5 weeks to make an appointment and was never able to actually speak to someone as no one ever answered the phone. The website did not work despite my using three different devices and two different browsers therfore I was left trying to call. I was never assigned a moving reprezentative to coordinate my move.
