DJ was the crew chief on my move out day in September. He is polite, knowledgeable, friendly and capable. I asked for him by name for my move back home. Once again he was able to come with an able, hard-working crew.

You double billed me and I’m very unhappy at the lack of response from your office. I didn’t get called back and when I finally got hold of someone they said they would have to investigate and never got back to me.
I paid the driver by check and you billed my credit card also.
I have started a dispute claim thru my credit card.

Reason for leaving a 4 star on office does not reflect on the people I spoke with. The 4 star reflects: every time I called I had to leave a message and someone called me back.

One of the packers was great. He packed carefully and with care. They started out slow it seemed. I think they wete running out of time and just dumped things into boxes. Brass lamps were not wrapped. Oil painting should have been bubble wrapped for protection. They did not have more than one sharpie for labeling so I had to get 2 more! After I left the apt. I think they just started dumping as some boxes were just thrown together. 2 mirrors got broken, a table has a gouge in the front. They moved an electric fireplace that collapsed and is damaged because they didnt know maybe how to pack and move it. They took it apart and damaged it. My Mother's wall art was broken in 2 places that was important to her. My 86 yr old mother cried when she saw her things broken. After watching your video of the company philosophy..i realize that was not true nor followed in this move with this team. I don't think Kyle and Rome did a great job. The 3rd man was polite and he took care with my mother's things. This is the 3rd time we used your company and based on facts..I can't recommend this company to anyone. They didnt pack by room and label well so I have had a heck of a time finding things!!!

Overall our experience was wonderful with one exception. The office staff, Bryant and Ceinna, were a pleasure to work with! So professional, knowledgeable, and warm. The two movers were on time, courteous, and fast. They were friendly and followed through on the commitments made by the office staff. Expectations were clearly communicated and executed which was much appreciated. I was THRILLED until I discovered that there was a whole in the drywall where a couch was re-positioned. I heard the movers communicating about their hold most of the way up the stairs, but they didn't mention the damage to the wall or offer any type of solution for the damage. Thanks for all of your help making this process a smooth one.

Overall my experience with Two Men And A Truck was good. The moving team worked very hard; taking care to protect furniture and valuables. Some scratches and dents did occur. Everything in one box was broken including wood, pottery and glass. Most items are replaceable except one handmade Hawaiian calabash (bowl) valued at $600. The attitude of the moving team was extremely positive (particularly Kyle and Travis) despite some unwarranted abuse from condo management and residents. I would recommend and hire them again!

The movers were very friendly and helpful. The office took care of my concern of being billed for so much travel time when an office is literally up the street from my house. My one concern is that the working sliding glass door that needed to be removed in order to get furniture out wasn't really functional when they put it back.

I have a few concerns with the service we were provided:
First, I received a call first thing the morning of the move about adding another team member right before they showed up. I specifically asked if it was $50 on top of the day or per hour, and the person confirmed it was on top of the day. I was charged $50 per hour at the end of the day. And no on will return my call to correct this.
Second, the crew showed up without tools to take apart bed frames and other furniture. We ended up having to go to the neighbor to borrow tools and my husband was taking apart furniture to move the day along.
Third, a hole was put through the top of our changing table dresser amongst a few other mishandling.
Fourth, we were repeatedly asked to give a tip while working through claims

The office staff should have reminded me that any gas would need to be removed from a lawn mower or snowblower. Otherwise, they were great. The movers were exceptional and fast. They wrapped everything very well. One of them slipped down the steps while carrying a very heavy glass hutch. Nothing was broken! Did notice later a gouge in the handrail, but I can’t say that they caused it. Thank you very much for the fast, reliable service!
