What a great experience even though we kept adding challenges throughout! (Changed date 24 hours before day, arrived at new house with blocked entrance to garage...)
Fabulous, calming support in office from Jillian, Dan and Joe. Efficient and professional move by Kalvin, Chris and Arty, and even a site visit by Charlie. Even with our issues, we came in under projected cost! 2nd time using 2 (3) Men & a Truck. Would highly recommend!!

Overall it was a good experience. The two movers that showed up did great and were fast and I couldn’t ask more. The only complaint I have is the travel time was misleading related to charges and the $60 damage fee which I waived anyway. The two office staff I talked to really could’nt explain the $60 damage fee and I was not given the details of the travel time from the shop to my house. At $170 an hour, I don’t thing the drive time from Burnsville to Jordan should have been charged. Besides that, all was good.

The three people I worked with (one office guy and the 2 movers) were all very professional and personable. The moving team was very quick to tell me about a lamp that was broken. They were very friendly, and a good team. My Office guy was very clear about the good news and the bad news with my expectations. Overall, a very good experience. It all felt very fair and honest.

The moving team was great. The guys worked hard to move our furniture and did the best job they could.
However, whomever makes sure these guys have the tools they need to do their job failed miserably.
Came without enough runners to fully cover the paths they would use to move the furniture. I had to run around to find rugs. They had no shoulder straps to make they moving easier for these poor guys and they had to muscle everything. They had no dollies that are made for stairs, so again made it so difficult for the workers.
Told me I way underestimated the number of items, but when we walked through and counted I was spot on. What they failed to do is ask how many chairs I had for both a kitchen and dining room table. I was shocked. I indicated I had both and never imagined they needed that since they did not ask. They do this every day, I have worked with a moving company this one and only time. Do they assume we stand up to eat?
Bottom line, because of the lack of tools to ensure a good move, we have some damage to our wood items where the furniture got dragged and we will be filing a claim. The items will need to be fixed by a professional refinisher.
