I was given an estimate of $2500 to move my stuff, but when the truck arrived I was told it wasn’t an accurate estimate! After paying twice the written estimate, the Supervisor said the quote should have been $5500. Well, after paying the 2nd estimate, I still have stuff that I have to move myself! Not a very happy camper!!

The movers ruined my couch with blood stains and oil stains. They sent someone to clean it and the person was not able to fully get rid of either stain. There are still blood and oil stains on my couch. The manager, Sam has stopped responding to my texts. I paid $100 extra for up to $10,000 in coverage for my things and my couch was damaged. It's a $1,000 couch that now has blood and oil stains.

The packing and unloading team were very nice, but did not show a lot of attention to detail regarding labeling and placement of boxes. The loading the truck team was amazing! They work super hard. They communicated and worked very efficiently.
